Ricky Report #7: Going Good

I'm not going to write a big thing or outline exactly what I ate, but know I've been doing very well.

Breakfasts consist of the two fried eggs with salsa. Lunch for the past two days has been a salad with carrots, corn, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, craisins, balsamic vinegar. I've had maybe a cookie or cake, but in conscious moderation. Dinners have been high in protein tofu or I don't remember.

And the last two days I've worked out. My muscles haven't been this sore in a very long time. Shoulders and back with some Ab Coaster crunches and cardio.

Sushi tomorrow!
